What is the cost of the lease and what do I get for my money?
For just $23,990 (inclusive of all taxes) for a 1 bedroom apartment, you can sign a lease to spend four months (18 weeks = 124 nights) each year in a brand new 4 star luxury serviced apartment in Sanur.  That equates to just $39 per night! 
 
What services and facilities will be available to me at the Bali Bubble?
All rooms are air-conditioned with free wi-fi, a television and a DVD player.  You can borrow DVDs and books from the Bali Bubble library for free.
Each room has a private courtyard and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric frypan.  You can purchase meals and snacks from the Bali Bubble bar to eat by the pool or to have delivered to your room.
Facilities include a delightful swimming pool, in-house massage service, free shuttle service to the Sanur town centre or beach and a laundry service.
The Bali Bubble menu has delicious breakfast, bar snack and beverage items.  Goods such as breakfast cereals, milk, bread, ice-cream and sunscreen can be purchased. 
Included in the cost of your lease is daily room servicing. Housekeeping will make beds, clean the bathroom and tidy your apartment.
Our free shuttle service can drop you into the centre of Sanur or to one of the three nearby beaches.
Car parking spaces are available.
You can borrow DVDs, books and board games from the Bali Bubble library.

When can I purchase my lease?
You can purchase your lease anytime however there are a limited number of leases available and we expect demand for this deal to be high.  Get in quick so as not to miss out.

Can my friends and family stay in the apartment I have leased?
Yes!  You may choose to share the cost of the lease with family members or your friends so you can each spend a few months in Bali each year.  Just let us know who will be staying each time you book.
Another option is to purchase a two bedroom lease to allow your family or friends to stay with you.
 
Can I on-sell my lease?
Yes. If you are impacted by unforeseen circumstances or have a change of heart, you will not lose your money.  You can on-sell your lease privately for the remainder of the term or for a period within the remaining term as long as you keep us fully informed of the on-sell arrangements. You will be responsible for ensuring the new owner abides by the terms of the lease agreement. The Bali Bubble is not responsible for assisting you with on-sell arrangements.   
 
How long will this deal be available?
There are limited deals available and we expect there to be high demand for this offer.  This deal will be offered until 30 September 2019 or until sold out.  To avoid disappointment we suggest you purchase your lease as soon as possible.  
 
Are there flexible payment options for this deal?
You can secure this deal by paying in full or by setting up a regular direct debit to be paid in full by 1 October 2019.  As an example, if you were to pay the cost of the lease over a year, your weekly payments would be $923 per week.  You can select a payment plan that suits your circumstances.

  1. The purchase of this deal entitles you to 1,240 nights of accommodation, to be used gradually over the period of the deal.
  2. A ten year partial year lease for a one (1) bedroom apartment is AUD$48,000 (inclusive of all taxes).
  3. A ten year partial year lease for a two (2) bedroom apartment for AUD$63,000 (inclusive of all taxes).
  4. This deal is available until 30 September 2019 or until sold out.
  5. Accommodation nights purchased through this deal are valid for use between 1 October – 28 February each year.
  6. Your first 124 nights of accommodation will be available for use from 1 October 2019.
  7. You can reserve your accommodation dates using the calendar or advise us via email of when you will be staying in your apartment. The Bali Bubble requires you to book in your exact dates each year by end August.  If this does not happen a 124 night block between October-February will be allocated to you.
  8. Each year on 1 October 124 nights will become available for use for ten (10) consecutive years, until 2028-29 (inclusive).
  9. You may wish to share your leasing arrangement with family members or friends. There is no minimum or maximum number of nights you can book at one time as long as you have the adequate number of nights left to cover your booking period.
  10. A daily servicing fee is included in the cost of the lease. Housekeeping will make beds, clean bathrooms and provide a general tidying service. Linen and towels are provided and will be changed as required or on request.
  11. Electricity, water and wi-fi is included in the cost of the lease.
  12. A one bedroom apartment is 60m² and sleeps up to four people.  Apartment bedding configuration is one king bed and two single trundle beds (most suitable for two adults and two children).
  13. A two bedroom apartment is 80m² and sleeps up to eight people.  Apartment bedding configuration is two king beds and four single roll out trundle beds (most suitable for four adults and four children).
  14. If a booking is changed or cancelled 28 days or more from the booking commencement date, there will be no charge.
  15. If a booking is cancelled within 28 days from the booking commencement date, one full night of accommodation will be deducted from your credited amount.
  16. The Bali Bubble will accommodate requests to change book dates where feasible.
  17. You may on-sell the lease to  your apartment. The Bali Bubble is not responsible for sourcing new buyers or for assisting with on-sell arrangements.
  18. You must keep the Bali Bubble fully informed of any on-sell arrangements.
  19. Payment can be made in full when you purchase the deal or through a regular direct debit arrangement to be paid in full by 1 October 2019.
